Who I Am
Where Shadow, Symbol & Story Meet
My name is Cibeles Fénix. I am a Dreamwork Astrologer
— but my work did not begin in books.
It began decades ago in the dark.
As a child, I experienced intense nightmares.
I didn’t have the emotional support to confidently express my fears. There was no safe container for the images, no language for the terror, no guidance for what I was encountering internally.
So I faced them alone.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was a natural lucid dreamer. Even as a child, somewhere inside the fear, there was awareness. I was entering my nightmares consciously — navigating, confronting, surviving.
Night after night, I battled dragons no one else could see.
And in doing so, something unexpected happened:
I remained myself.
While fear could have fractured me, confronting it directly strengthened my sense of authenticity. My inner world became my initiation. My dreams became teachers long before I had a framework to understand them.
The Pivot
My love for the Moon, and navigating my dreams were instinctual. But my love for the multifaceted system of Astrology I had to develop. Finally, when I bridged the two together something magical happened.
It began with studying the archetypal tradition influenced by thinkers like Carl Jung and depth-oriented astrologers such as Liz Greene. Later I enrolled as a student with Hellenistic Astrologer Adam Elenbaas (Nightlight Astrology), and Evolutionary Astrologer as taught by Jefferey Wolf Green; Timothy Halloran (Rasa Lila Healing). After learning the value of being a Dreamworker with Psychotherapist Machiel Klerk, I knew the pieces fit.
My dreams reaffirmed my faith in my life's purpose. Astrology helped me navigate the challenging climate of my environment allowing my mindset to pivot. Using my astrological signatures as a tool allowed me to see what my evolution was trying to teach me.
The symbolic language I had lived in as a child suddenly had structure.
I realized:
Dreams speak in archetypes.
The psyche compensates for what the ego avoids.
The birth chart maps the architecture of the unconscious.
Infusing my innate dream sensitivity with Astrology became the catalyst that reset my mindset and redirected my life.
It gave me language.
It gave me containment.
It gave me orientation.
And now, it is the foundation of my work.
My Philosophy
I do not see dreams as random neurological discharge.
Nor do I treat astrology as prediction.
Both are symbolic systems describing the psyche’s movement toward wholeness.
Dreams reveal what we repress.
Astrology describes the archetypal patterns shaping our perception.
Shadow work integrates what we fear to face.
The goal is not mystical escapism.
The goal is psychological integrity.
